BANK OF AFRICA – SENEGAL (BOA-SENEGAL) evolved in 2020 in the context of an unprecedented health crisis, combined with a
crisis, combined with a fiercely competitive environment with 29 institutions active on the Senegalese
Senegalese market.
The Bank maintains its second rank in terms of banking network, with 59 branches, including 30
branches and 2 business centres in Dakar and 27 in the regions.
Net customer assets increased by 4.6% to CFAF 279 572 million at 31 December
2020. The activity of collecting customer deposits is evolving favourably and shows an increase of
of 9.0% to CFAF 373 182 million at the end of the year 2020, against CFAF 342 477 million
one year earlier.
Net Banking Income (NBI) is stable at CFA F 29 997 million at the end of December 2020, against
30 102 million at the end of 2019.
